This policy explains how PostLens (“we” or “us”) handles information when you use our website and Chrome extension.
We use data to build your private Voiceprint and Vault, provide AI summaries and drafts, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use submitted content to train shared PostLens models.
Text you choose, relevant Voiceprint rules, selected Vault sources, and recent drafts may be sent securely to our server and then to DeepSeek solely to generate your requested output or Voiceprint. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Processing may occur outside your country.
The extension accesses visible page content only on x.com and twitter.com so it can extract the post or thread you select. It does not access direct messages, cookies, passwords, browsing history, or unrelated sites. It never publishes automatically.
One-off text submitted only for summarization is processed transiently. Voice samples, Voiceprint rules, saved insights, their source links, and recent drafts are stored so your private context can improve future results. You can remove Vault items individually and request full account deletion. Account and subscription records remain while your account is active and as required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, password hashing, and least-privilege infrastructure. No system is completely secure.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated personal information. You can remove the extension at any time and manage billing through the customer portal.
